Question: I find some of the content on this site offensive and inappropriate. Why do you sell and promote such material?
Answer: UVKCHEM is run and operated by Jared Ledgard and exists to deliver vital information to those who deserve and have an appetite or thirst for understanding materials that may appear "controversial" to some people. Everyone has the right to know about such materials as explosives, chemical warfare agents, and other "controversial" materials.

Question: Can I purchase these books directly from UVKCHEM, and not Amazon or Barnes & Noble?
Answer: Sometimes! We rarely purchase copies from the distributor to sell here. Amazon and Barnes and noble are your best source for purchasing the books. UVKCHEM writes and publishes the books, and rarely handles direct selling of the items. Sometimes we place proof copies on ebay for sell at discounted prices.

Question: I have purchased books from here in the past, but they where published by a different publisher. Whatever happened to the old publisher?
Answer: Our previous publisher decided it could no longer handle dealing with sales of items and customers and decided to call it quits. The older publisher also had "personnel" problems with Amazon and decided to stop dealing with them, so we had to move on.

Question: Do you offer free information, or is everything on this site for sell or promotion. I can find allot of free information on the Internet, so why should shell out good money for your stuff?
Answer: True information is not free. Most of the information on the Internet regarding explosives, warfare agents and such is sketchy and has no real merit. Our work is composed of professional information that has been thoroughly tested and we know it works. Our information is gathered from numerous databases and abstracts that are not available on the general Internet. We spend months gathering information, filtering it, organizing it, and then converting it into text. Also, if information was free, know one would actually try to create the information unless there was some kind of compensation. Look at like this, companies would not research, develop, and then just give out free products or services, because they would loose allot of money. We live in a free market, and price is dictated by demand, in some cases.

Question: My son recently purchased a DVD from your site that totally disgusted and outraged me. How can you allow such material to be purchased by underage persons. Why are you selling these items, and why would you sell to just anyone?
Answer: We don't sell to just anyone. We use paypal as our primary transaction system, and if I'm not mistaken, you have to be 18 years of age to establish an account with paypal, or have parental permission, or atleast a Credit Card. If your son was able to get a credit card, then you should be aware of this. Therefore, you should be monitoring your son and what he does online.

Question: Is any of this information on this site illegal? I am curious and would be interested in purchasing a few books from here, but I'm concerned by the content, and my local laws.
Answer: None of the information, items, or products on this site are illegal, and all the items on this site adheres to "information-right-know" laws as understood by the information act.
